A B2B SaaS site that finally matches the maturity of the product
TLDR Mayday is an intelligent knowledge-base SaaS for customer-service teams which needed its marketing site to express the seriousness of the product and speak precisely to each audience. Heka redesigned the key graphic elements, extended the new design direction across the full site, and rebuilt it in Webflow.

Overview
Mayday is a B2B SaaS knowledge base for customer-service teams, in strong growth since 2020 with enterprise and unicorn customers. The founders wanted to optimise mayday.fr and refresh several graphic elements. Heka set the new visual direction on the homepage alongside a freelance web designer, rolled it out page by page across the rest of the site, and handled the Webflow build end to end.

The company grew faster than its website
Mayday had grown fast since 2020, with enterprise and unicorn customers on the roster, and its site no longer reflected that. The company was preparing a soft rebrand and the site had to carry the right image at a pivotal moment for the business. It also had to end up in Webflow, so the marketing team could maintain and evolve it themselves instead of queuing behind a developer.
The site undersold the product to everyone at once
The existing site under-sold the product: it did not express how the solution had evolved or how seriously it should be taken, and it spoke to every audience the same way instead of addressing each segment, client type by industry, precisely. That weakened both acquisition and reputation.
Turn the site into an asset for acquisition and for credibility
Strengthen acquisition
Strengthen reputation and credibility
Speak to each audience precisely
A new visual direction, built on Webflow to be maintained autonomously by the marketing team
Soft rebrand and design direction
A new visual direction set on the homepage with a freelance web designer, then declined page after page across the site.
Full Webflow build
The whole site rebuilt and structured so the marketing team could edit and extend it without a developer.
Lead capture
HubSpot form integration to support lead generation.
Multilingual
An English and French version set up with Weglot.
Ongoing maintenance
Quick fixes, evolutions, and periodic support from 2022 onward.
Still live, still theirs, and still edited without a developer
The marketing team runs the site
Day-to-day editing and new pages sit with Mayday, not with a developer. Heka stays in the loop for fixes and larger evolutions rather than for routine publishing.
The site outlasted the team that commissioned it
It carried Mayday through several generations of its marketing organisation, from the founders to successive CMOs, without going back to the drawing board.
It came through the company's acquisition
Mayday was acquired, the brand stayed, and the site is still live on the structure delivered in 2022, still evolving at the company's pace.
The relationship is still running
Continuous maintenance since 2022, which is a retention fact rather than a performance metric.

Yaba
Yaba was leaving behind the business it had made its name in, buying and growing Amazon-based brands, to become a brand partner in longevity nutrition. The new identity was ready and part of the site was designed, but none of it was built. Heka built the whole site in Webflow, gave the new brand the movement it was designed for, and handed it over in a state the team could keep running on its own, from the blog to the open roles.

Laiye
A large international site, hard-coded on Chinese infrastructure, was slow to reach from outside China and impossible to update without an IT ticket. Heka migrated it to Webflow inside a fixed ~3-month window, recovered the content from a site with no export path, wired the forms back into the CRM, worked with Laiye's tech team until access held on both sides of the Great Firewall, and handed the marketing team a site they could run themselves.

Bluestaff
Guimini was launching Bluestaff, a Salesforce extension to manage consultants staffing and workload. As they wanted to go to market quietly while the product matured with feebacks, Heka designed and built a landing page in Webflow, showing the product existed and could be demoed, then grew it into a full site once ready.
